Returns:

  • You may return eligible items within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted for items that are explicitly marked as non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team support@emporiia.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  • Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if your return meets our policy criteria.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
  • Refunds may exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards and personalized/customized items.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
